The Original Uzick Spinner: Legendary Walleye Spinning Rig

Unlock the ultimate secret to landing trophy walleyes. Handcrafted to continue a 40-year legacy, the precision-balanced design is engineered for ultra-slow presentations, triggering violent strikes when standard rigs get ignored.

  • Fully Rigged Convenience: Fully tied and ready to fish right out of the package. These come pre-assembled with a premium monofilament leader, our standard fixed single-hook setup, and an attached matching weight. Check out our step-by-step walleye spinner rigging guide to see exactly how to attach this rig to your main line and maximize your trolling depth.
  • Finesse Bait Setup: Perfectly balanced to run light and deadly. Just add a small piece of earthworm to the hook shank for scent, and tip the hook with a plastic worm for maximum tail-thumping action.

Why the Uzick Spinner Dominates

  • Ultra-Low Speed Blade Rotation: Engineered specifically to activate at crawling speeds. The blade only needs to make a single revolution to create the perfect underwater thump—no unnecessary spinning or speed required.
  • Four Decades of Proven Success: Handbuilt with precision to maintain the exact fish-catching legacy that put Bay of Quinte walleyes on the map.
  • Advanced Lateral Line Stimulation: Custom-pitched blades produce a specific visual flash and low-frequency vibration that hungry walleyes track from distances.

How to Fish the Uzick Spinner for Maximum Success

To get the most out of your spinner, target transitions, weed lines, and deep mud flats.

  • Keep it Slow: Maintain a dead-slow forward trolling or drifting speed. You only want the blade slowly turning over to trigger finicky fish.
  • Rig for Action: Thread a small piece of live earthworm up onto the hook shank to release a natural scent trail. Then, add a soft plastic worm to the very tip of the hook to provide the main swimming action.
  • Depth Control: Use the inline trolling sinker to keep the rig running just above the bottom structure where walleyes actively feed.
